Designed & led viral growth for a decentralized factoring protocol. The project included testnet & mainnet airdrop app with points/XP mechanics, rewards, referrals, and community engagement to drive user onboarding, on-chain activity, and allocation for upcoming token drop. Leveraged early testnet campaigns for explosive acquisition, strong community traction and positioning ahead of mainnet TGE.

What I've done for the project
- Developed a comprehensive 5 months product roadmap and high-level backlog for the DeFa airdrop application, outlining feature adjustments, enhancements, and UX improvements.
- Set up an efficient operational environment in ClickUp to manage the airdrop creation and execution flow, enabling seamless collaboration for the InvoiceMate marketing team and third-party service providers.
- Provided ongoing consultation as Product Manager, guiding the InvoiceMate team and third-party providers through the airdrop development and execution process.
- Conducted thorough reviews of the airdrop campaign execution, delivering corrections and optimizations to ensure successful implementation by the InvoiceMate team and partners.
- Designed and implemented incentivization strategies to drive user participation and engagement in the DeFa airdrop campaign.
- Gained 250k users within 3 months of the campaign launch.
- Achieved Total Active Loans: $80M.
- Loans Originated: 800+.
- Yield Generated: $6.5M+.
