Description
Society Protocol is a framework for building synchronized network states - a civic operating system that lets communities create their own societies with modular governance, automated trust, sybil-resistant identities, currencies, laws, and membership, all defined in code. It powers the transition from Nation States to Web 4 synchronized states by bringing identity, currency, and history onto an immutable on-chain timeline.
The deliverable is a production-ready DApp on Ethereum unifying accounts, SPEC token, DAO operations, and the auction with integration options like Gnosis Auction backend and Lens/PoH.

What I've done for the project
As a Product Manager
- Owned end-to-end product definition, translating vision into layered architecture.
- Authored the full Society Protocol product execution plan with rational analysis, trade-offs, and technical specs.
- Defined core user flows and requirements for unified identities, non-transferable contributions, weighted governance, and a Dutch Auction.
- Clarified tokenomics/mechanics: auction distributes token allocations, initial non-transferability.
- Conducted stakeholder alignment sessions on sybil resistance, integrations, and MVP scope.
- Produced QA-driven specifications covering user personas, distribution rules, timelines, and out-of-scope items.
- Created actionable deliverables: wireframe priorities and handoff materials.
- Prepared project for implementation with effort estimates, restrictions, and progress tracking structure.
