Description
A product development for SomniaLend, a non-custodial decentralized lending & borrowing platform on Somnia blockchain. Defined core features including permissionless asset supply/borrow, dynamic interest rates, collateral management, and yield optimization. Collaborated with engineering, audits, and community to launch V3 markets, achieving fast iteration from MVP to live protocol with strong TVL growth and user adoption in DeFi ecosystem.

What I've done for the project

  • As a Product Manager, I created the roadmap, developed a strategy for the MVP release and further growth of the protocol.
  • Results of the strategy and the initial growth:
    • $1.5M TVL in 3 months after the protocol release.
    • >$46M in total volume with >$23M total deposits.
    • Labeled as a Top-1 Credit Lending Protocol at Somnia blockchain and their liquidity incentive campaign with more than $800k in total rewards.
