DMD Diamond v4 is an independent blockchain with full-stack integration of application, networking, governance, and consensus layers for building, deploying, and running general-purpose and interoperable decentralized applications in a fast and low-cost manner. By utilizing a mix of Honey Badger Byzantine Fault Tolerance consensus algorithm (HBBFT) and the delegated Proof-of-Stake based validator election (POSDAO) protocols.
