What I've done for the project
- Acted as a Project Manager and Business Analyst.
- Developed operational structure and cross-department interactions with COO.
- Implemented Kanban methodology for day-to-day team work.
- Wrote operational documentation for the team.
- Facilitated team work.
- Conducted one of the biggest events in NEAR ecosystem - Spin Rave, with $10k rewards for the participants.
- Crafted marketing and product hypotheses, and then made plans for their implementation, which increased the company's presence in NEAR blockchain ecosystem and brought products to the top-1 in various metrics: sales volume, amount of users, community engagement.
- Conducted researches for marketing campaigns and crypto promotion.
